Observer Ranch sits in Penrose, Colorado, about 45 minutes southwest of Colorado Springs on the way to the Royal Gorge. Far enough to trade traffic for open sky. Close enough that the Springs is still your grocery run.
Every site is a level concrete pad with full hookups and 20/30/50-amp service. Pull-through sites available. Nights here are dark in a way the Front Range cities can't manage, which is the whole point of the ranch.
Staying a while? Monthly RV sites start at $850 with full hookups and 50-amp service. A lot of our long-term guests work in Colorado Springs or Pueblo and decided the drive beats the city park rates.
Day trips from your site: the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park (20 minutes), the Arkansas River for rafting and fishing, Cañon City's Main Street, and Skyline Drive. Colorado Springs attractions stay within reach: Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak are about an hour from your door.
