Microweddings/Retreats
Looking for a venue for a retreat or micro-wedding? Our Learning Center holds up to 50 guests comfortably, with a beautiful wraparound deck. Includes a projector, tables and chairs.
Enjoy views of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range, our seasonal Eight Mile Creek, and enjoy the stars with our telescopes at night. Lodging options for guests to celebrate with you! We offer budget friendly options for our Microwedding/Elopment Packages!

Seeking a venue to host your workshop? We offer special rates for instructors for learning opportunities! From Wilderness First Aid, Small Animal Processing, Student Lunch and Learns, we love sharing ideas and opportunities to learn!

Field Trips
Observer Ranch hosts field trips! Please reach out to us to schedule your group. Depending on age ranges, we provide engaging activities for students to have fun- from journaling, building jetpacks, games, story time and more!
Field trips usually last 1-2 hours, bring a sack lunch to enjoy.

Some tours take you along the rim of the famous Royal Gorge, while other tours explore the bright red monoliths that make up Red Canyon Park. Colorado Jeep Tours also can take you along the Gold Belt Tour through the late 1800’s mining districts of Cripple Creek and Victor. All of our tours are incredibly scenic and accommodate most ages and abilities.
